Chelated Magnesium

Chelated magnesium is a form of magnesium supplement in which the magnesium is combined with amino acids, the building blocks of protein, in order to make it more easily absorbed by the human digestive system.

Chelated magnesium is therefore more effective and efficient than simple magnesium salts as a supplemental dietary source of magnesium.

Magnesium plays a critical role in our body
